Potbelly has no accounts, advertising, behavioural analytics or server-side recipe storage. Cooking progress and preferences remain in IndexedDB on this device.

The optional AI Cooking Assistant sends microphone audio and the selected recipe context to OpenAI for a live response. Potbelly does not display, log or deliberately retain a transcript. The permanent OpenAI credential remains on Cloudflare.

You can use every recipe, search and Cooking Mode without enabling the AI feature.
